Business Relationship Manager (M/F)
Le Poste de Business Relationship Manager
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, your mission will be to secure and develop sourcing activities at a European level. You will ensure the continuity of production-critical flows by strengthening relationships with the existing portfolio of suppliers in a competitive market and demanding industrial environment.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Consolidating relationships with existing partners and expanding the supplier portfolio
- Negotiating and securing long-term supply agreements
- Responding to tenders and identifying new sourcing opportunities
- Managing a European network of logistics partners
- Ensuring competitive and regulatory market intelligence
- Contributing to the definition of the commercial strategy in collaboration with Senior Management
- Representing the Group at trade fairs and specialized conferences
Le Profil de Business Relationship Manager
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Business School or equivalent and have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role within a competitive and demanding industrial environment. You have already built with succes strategic partnerships and led complex and high- impact negotiations in long-term sourcing contexts
Fluency in English is essential in the context of European interactions.
You are autonomous, rigorous, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain long-term relationships with key partners.
